All the services that CCG offers are “As-Is” and any service inquiry we receive from any individual or business would mean that they are aware of, have already studied, and do agree with the CCG Terms of Service as explained here in this section of the website. Applicants to CCG services are expected to study these terms and conditions before taking any action, before asking for them, and more importantly before making any payments to CCG . By submitting a service inquiry, the applicant is acknowledging and accepting these terms and is showing consent and content in receiving such service from CCG under the same terms. Please note that CCG keeps the right to make any modifications to these terms at any time and without previous notice!
This clarification should keep CCG , its employees, and all its direct and indirect associates (local and international) intact from any legal claim concerning the validity, credibility or even quality of our services.
Here are some other clarification with regard to our diverse certification and registration services:
_For DOH certificates to be issued by CANCERT GLOBAL (CCG), the candidate needs to provide CCG with approving documents. This certificate is mainly considered an award and the decision on who would deserve to be given the award would be at the mere discretion of CCG.
_For SKILL certificates to be issued by CANCERT GLOBAL (CCG), the candidate needs to provide CCG with approving documents. This certificate is mainly considered an award and the decision on who would deserve to be given the award would be at the mere discretion of CCG.
_For ACADEMIC certificates to be issued by CANCERT GLOBAL (CCG), the candidate needs to be introduced to CCG by an academy, institute, center, trainer, tutor, etc. In other words, CCG GLOBAL itself does not hold any academic course or training, and all the education and training is organized and handled directly by the academy and/or the trainers and then the students who have successfully accomplished and passed the courses get introduced to CCG Global for certification and data registration. In other words, such certificates will not be offered by us to students directly. This certificate is mainly considered an award and may be titled variously (as requested by the academy/instructor) as: certificate of training (training certificate), certificate of attendance, certificate of participation, certificate of completion, etc. The decision on who would deserve to be given the course participation/completion certificates would be at the mere discretion of the academy and/or trainers. Normally CCG would trust the information provided by the academic center/educator and would accordingly issue the requested certificate/s for the introduced student/s. Of course, it needs to be highlighted again that CANCERT GLOBAL (CCG), is not an academy itself and does not practice or provide academic training or education; all the training/education is managed by the independent academic centers/individual educators and those who wish to use CCG certification and registration services would then contact us asking for cooperation. Thus, CCG has no control or supervision on the quality and quantity of the educational services they provide. As such, CCG certificates that will be issued for a student do not endorse the academic center/educator in question nor the educational service provided by them. They work independently as does CCG! Of course, as for our skill and DOH certificates, the decision on who would deserve to be given the award would be at the mere discretion of CCG. To those who ask for our service, our only commitment is to issue them the requested certificate/s and to register their information on our website. We do not know and do not guarantee their usefulness or value around the world for whatever purpose but keeping track of records to their educational activities which may be an added value for consolidating their resumes.
The clarifications made here and on Disclaimer page should serve to legally protect CANCERT GLOBAL (CCG) from any future claims of any kind (including but not limited to financial loss, failure, bankruptcy, unemployment, dismay, etc.) against it and/or its services or personnel.
